Spring Health offers easy access to in person (where available) or virtual care, such as therapy/counseling and coaching, in addition to resources to help you feel better and navigate life's challenges.

With Spring Health, you don’t have to wait long to get support — you can schedule appointments online and meet with an provider in an average of 3 days or less.*

Not sure where to start or what to try next? Your Care Navigator is a licensed clinician who acts as a personal guide for your mental health journey. They can answer any questions you may have, walk through your care recommendations, help you find the right provider, and provide emotional support along the way.

Therapy/counseling

Therapy/counseling can help you build a healthier mind and happier life. Talking with a therapist is a great way to understand your emotions and behaviors, work through challenges (big or small), and learn healthy coping skills. With Spring Health, you can meet with a licensed clinician within a few days, at a time that fits your schedule—even on nights and weekends.

Available to health plan members enrolled in Spring Health age 6+.

Ready to make a change but need an accountability partner? Certified coaches will help you build new skills, create healthier habits, reach your goals, and grow in areas beyond mental health. Coaching can put you on the path to success with personal development, health and wellness, relationships, or parenting.

Learning and connection

Listen, learn, and connect through Spring Health webinars and WellSprings. The clinician-hosted webinars offer practical tips to improve your well-being or support others. WellSprings are interactive conversations that allow people from diverse backgrounds to share common experiences and challenges in a safe, supportive space.

Common examples of challenges that Spting Health supports include stress, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, irritability, anger, trouble focusing, poor sleep, personal growth, career challenges, relationship challenges, parenting challenges, excessive fears or worries, substance abuse, or suicidal thoughts.

Where can I download the Spring Health Mobile app?
